PROGRAMME

7 days  in the nature and culture of the Sibillini Mountains, to discover the most beautiful and fascinating, and the conquest of the most spectacular mountains of a national park magic in Umbria

Trekking for good walkers with stops between 15 and 19 km uphill and slopes between 400 and 1200 meters daily. 7 days immersed in the nature and culture of the Sibillini Mountains, to discover the most beautiful and fascinating, and the conquest of the most spectacular mountains of a national park magic.

Trekking for good walkers with stops between 15 and 19 km uphill and slopes between 400 and 1200 meters daily. You walk with a light backpack because you get every day in a small resort where you can enjoy traditional dishes and sleep comfortably.
Day 1: From Fields of High Norcia to the Sanctuary of Macereto: From Umbria to the Marches between medieval villages, beautiful places, valleys and walls “Dolomite.”
Day 2: From Macereto to Fargno: it takes off! Up to 2000 in order to excite us “above” the Sibillini.
Day 3: From Fargno in Rubbiano: a walk on the ridge before descending into the valley untouched to the throat dell’Infernaccio.
Day 4: From Rubbiano in Colle di Montegallo: a relaxing walk through the woods and enchanted villages in front of Mount Sibilla.
Day 5: From Hill to the top of Mount Carrier to get off the Forca di Presta.
Day 6: The crossing of Mount Carrier via Lago di Pilato to go down to Castelluccio: a dolomitic area to get to town more evocative of the Sibillini.
Day 7: From High Fields in Castelluccio di Norcia: between beech forests and high altitude meadows before descending into the valley of the Benedictines.

The cost includes the accompaniment guided every step of the trek and half board from day 1 to day 6.

Recommended equipment when hiking:

protective clothing (long-sleeved shirt and pants) windbreaker or rain jacket or poncho, footwear with a strong groove, two liters of water per person, lunch box and mini-energy snacks, hat and wool hat, a fleece or lightweight sweater, sunscreen.
